We understand that schedules change. Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to find a mutually convenient time.
Items purchased from retailers during personal shopping sessions are subject to the return policies of those specific retailers. Ploxarelyzao is not responsible for returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased from third parties, though we are happy to assist with the return process when possible.
Multi-session packages must be used within the agreed-upon timeframe. Unused sessions may be forfeited after the expiration date. Partial refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
